Get Involved
The Groveland Trail Heads (GTH) mountain biking club was founded in January 2013 as a non-profit 501(c)(3) Chapter of the International Mountain Bicycling Association (IMBA). Since our inception, we have partnered with the Stanislaus National Forest’s Groveland Ranger District to develop public-use trail systems, including both mountain bike-specific and multi-use trails, that benefit our local and regional communities.

We’re building a 17-mile mountain bike-specific trail system in the Groveland area, complementing the existing 6 miles of non-motorized multi-use trails. These trails cater to all skill levels, from beginner to advanced.

We provide opportunities for kids and teens to learn about sustainable trail building, forest stewardship, fire prevention, and the importance of outdoor recreation.

Through events like the Groveland Grind, we bring together riders from across the region to experience the beauty of our trails while raising funds to support further development.
