AllTrails is a good resource and there are mountain biking trails on MTBProject and Trailforks.  A big thanks to AllTrails, MTBProject and Trailforks for making great resources for finding trails.  You can download their android or iphone app to get access to trails on your phone and you can download the GPX trail files to upload into your own GPS system.
